- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Needed to take my 2yr. old kitten in to a vet ASAP was able to get an appointment that day. We found out she had pyometra and needed emergency surgery. We explained that we were three days out from our next paycheck but we can try to grunge up something just to get her well. To which Dr. Black replied "write me a post dated check and we will get it taken care of." We were ABSOLUTELY grateful that he was more concerned about the well being of an animal than over the logistics of money. He even stayed after hours to do her surgery, once he was done he called us around 8 or 9 P.M to let us know it went well and when to pick her up. Dr. Black and his staff went above and beyond our expectations and have made him our permanent veterinarian for all of our fur babies.February 20, 2017by Sabrina Brannon
