- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've tried to reach my 91 year old moms room 9 times. I get a recording then a message that says that mail box is full, please try again. You cannot connect to the room directly. There is no way to get a human or a direct connection. So if you have someone in this hospital you have to go to the hospital personally or you can't talk to them at all. Love the staff and their care! That said they have the worst phone service I've ever experienced!!! Horrible communication link, can't say enough bad about it! I give them a minus 10 stars!!!! Make that 20 attempts! Cannot get to a human!November 27, 2016by Eddie7862
